House Rules
We want every guest to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please review the following house rules before your visit.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
- Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- Please contact us if you anticipate arriving late.
Occupancy
- Only registered guests may stay overnight.
- Maximum occupancy must not exceed the reservation limit.
Security Cameras
- Exterior security cameras are installed around the property for the safety of guests and the property.
- Cameras monitor outdoor areas only, including entrances, exits, and parking areas.
- There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
- Please do not tamper with security cameras or other safety equipment.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Please be considerate of neighbors at all times.
No Smoking
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property.
- Additional cleaning fees may be charged for violations.
Pets
- Pets are not permitted.
Parties & Events
- No parties, events, or large gatherings.
- Excessive noise may result in immediate termination of the stay.
Visitors
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
- Guests are responsible for the conduct of any visitors.
Illegal Activities
- Illegal drugs and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
- Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the stay.
Internet & Wi-Fi
- Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience and availability cannot be guaranteed.
- Please do not use the internet connection for illegal activities.
Property Care
- Please treat the home and furnishings with respect.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly.
- Guests may be responsible for excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Parking
- Please park only in designated parking areas.
- Do not block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, or roadways.
Lost & Found
- Items left behind will be held for a limited time when possible.
- Guests are responsible for shipping costs if items need to be returned.
Departure
- Place used towels in the bathroom.
- Load used dishes into the dishwasher.
- Turn off lights and small appliances when departing.
- Lock all doors and windows before leaving.
